Addiction Recovery & Integration

“And the day came when the risk to stay in the bud was greater than the risk to blossom.”
~ Anais Nin

About Addiction Recovery Integration

At Temple Medicine, recovery is not limited to substances—it is about releasing any pattern, behavior, or dependency that keeps us from living fully. Addiction can take many forms: alcohol or drugs, yes, but also food, pornography, digital distractions, codependency, workaholism, or the subtle ways we numb ourselves from truth. Our Addiction Recovery Integration program offers a compassionate and holistic pathway for anyone seeking freedom from what no longer serves.

This work honors the courage it takes to face these patterns and transform them into opportunities for growth. Through a blend of somatic practices, trauma-informed coaching, spiritual mentorship, and integrative wellness approaches, we help you build resilience, nurture self-compassion, and reclaim your energy for what truly matters. Instead of focusing only on what is being left behind, we emphasize what you are stepping into—authentic connection, vitality, and freedom.

What to Expect

Sessions are personalized to meet you exactly where you are. They may include body-based practices, guided reflection, mindfulness tools, and integrative dialogue to help you navigate urges, regulate your nervous system, and create new pathways of choice. You’ll learn practical strategies to shift behaviors in the moment, as well as daily practices and rituals that anchor you in resilience, clarity, and belonging.

As you move through this work, recovery becomes less about restriction and more about expansion—coming home to yourself in a deeper way. Many find that what once felt like a cycle of survival transforms into a pathway of creativity, joy, and authentic connection with self, spirit, and community.
